1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any Vixen product, website, software, or related service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, account holders, customers, and authorized resellers. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use Vixen services.
2. User Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place through your account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering or making a purchase. Accounts are intended for individual use only and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Vixen products may be sold through time-limited subscription plans. Payment must be completed before access is granted. Your subscription will remain active for the period selected at checkout. Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Renewals will only occur automatically if the user has enabled automatic renewal. Vixen may adjust pricing from time to time, but existing subscribers will be given reasonable advance notice before any price change affects their active plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Vixen services only in the manner they are intended to be used. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, leak, distribute, or attempt to bypass protections included in any Vixen software or service. Unauthorized sharing of licenses, accounts, files, or access keys is prohibited. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without compensation.
5. Service Access and Availability
Vixen aims to provide stable and reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security work, or infrastructure changes. When possible, scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Vixen is not responsible for downtime or compatibility issues caused by third-party platforms, game updates, external software changes, or services outside our control.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, designs, systems, and materials provided by Vixen remain the property of Vixen or its licensors. Purchasing or subscribing to a Vixen product gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
You use Vixen services at your own responsibility and discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vixen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of access, account issues, service interruptions, or other losses related to your use of the services. Vixen’s maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the claim occurred.
8. Suspension and Termination
Vixen may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, abused the service, shared unauthorized access, or engaged in harmful activity. Once your account is terminated, your right to use Vixen services ends immediately. You may also request account termination by contacting Vixen support.

Vixen may update or revise these Terms of Service when necessary. Significant changes may be announced through the website, Discord, email, or another official communication channel. By continuing to use Vixen services after updated terms are posted, you agree to the revised version.
